    Wow. Such a gorgeous photo! I love all the colors! Are these out in the wild or were they planted? I have a few dozen planted at my house but this year was too dry for them and only 2 of them bloomed. :( I missed seeing their pretty blooms. But your picture made me smile! =3

      Thank you very much! These flowers are probably growing wild. These flowers are in bloom around the temple in Nara, named Buturyuji.

        So cool! When I was in Japan last year, it was around this time and I also was in Nara. but I didn't see any of these there. I did see them at the Royal Familys house in downtown Tokyo tho, they were all over and there were even white ones! I didn't even know there were white ones! =3
