Samsung Galaxy s2 vs iPhone 5 vs Samsung Nexus Prime

So I am eligible for a phone upgrade and I am deciding what phone to get. Samsung Galaxy s2 finally hit the states and will be available for AT&T this Sunday. Apple is probably going to announce the new iPhone next week, but who knows when it will be available and I am not the biggest Apple phone. Rumor has it the new Google phone will also come out soon and will also be made by Samsung. Anyone have suggestions?? And please justify your reasoning!

And I also heard about this about the AT&T version of Samsung Galaxy s2...got me a bit freaked out =/
