a late birthday present!
i probably should have mentioned exactly one week ago that it was my 23rd birthday (10/2). prior to it, my sister, who is traveling overseas, sent an email asking me what i would have wanted. i honestly didnt know what i wanted, so i just sent her a list of things i would have liked and just had her pick one. not surprisingly, many of them were figures.
however, she went ahead and got me Alter's Dizzy!
out of all the...not-as-expensive things on that list, she got Dizzy :O
i hope this isn't becoming a trend - Dizzy's box had been slightly dented on the left (you can kinda see it), but it's not as bad as what happened to Kanbaru's box.
i like boxes :D
and here she is, along with the game! (no, she didn't come with it. that would have been a pretty cool addition/marketing strategy though).

the little stand on the left side looked almost as though it was glued on however...you can kinda see it, but im not terribly worried about it.

also, i should mention that her wings, Undine (left) and Necro (right) really do add a lot of weight onto Dizzy. it's not terribly heavy, but if you shake the surface she's on, she wobbles a bit. just be cautious about that if you plan on getting her.
Necro - he is often the one to be dealing most of Dizzy's damage.
Undine - she is the defender, protecting Dizzy from attacks as well as shooting projectiles.
Dizzy is a fantastic addition to any collector. i found nothing to complain about, painting/sculpting-wise.
may she enjoy her stay on the top shelf:D
im a big fan of Alter considering the selection and quality of their work, so i cant wait to see what else they're going to tackle next.
