Ami Ami shipping for Figures

So I plan on buying the Kuroneko Nendoroid really soon seeing that her price is now around 33 dollars on AmiAmi but which shipping is the most recommended ( preferably nothing really too expensive). I was debating between one of the SAL options or just going with EMS.

I recommend the EMS, it will cost about 2,200 yen, but you will have her safe and sound in like three days! As expensive as EMS is, I covet it for getting me my Nendoroids to me undamaged.

Unregistered SAL. The cheapest shipping option. Been using it for all my amiami orders for over a year. Everything has always arrived in about 2-3 weeks. Since amiami pads the box interior moreso than other retails, I don't think any of my figure boxes were dinged (but who cares as long as the figure is okay?).

I just got my latest package from Amiami via SAL and everything was fine minus having to wait 3 weeks.

Registered SAL. Just in case something goes south.

SAL and EMS are the only options worth considering IMO.

EMS if not prepaired to wait, like all the fine people above have mentioned, otherwise SAL.

If opting EMS it may be of value to make more than the one purchase to help spread the cost of shipping. All that empty space in the shipping box can be used for something else at no extra cost in shipping if you want to think of it that way.

SAL, they are both delivered by the post office and there are equally chance of them being damaged (though EMS covers damages, 95%+ of the time it comes)
Nendoroids will cost about 1780 yen by EMS vs 780 yen by SAL.
if you waited this long, time probably isn't an issue for you.
    Ill list the difference.
SAL- 780yen, 2-4weeks (generally 2-3), amiami packs pretty well, it is very unlikely it will be damaged, but will be more trouble in the unlikely case the box does get lightly damaged) signature not required.
EMS- 1780yen, 3-5 delivery days (exclude sunday, generally 4days), in case of damages, you are covered (up to $100), signature required.

for an item that is only $33, adding on another $22~ for shipping dosen't make too much sense imo, but if you want it bad, and have money to spend, go for it.

As long as you have patience to wait a week or few, go with unregistered SAL. A single Nendoroid in a SAL packaging box will be well protected.

i used unregistered SAL on 2 of my orders from Amiami at beginning of this year and 1 order has been lost, amiami reply that they are not responsible at all regarding this order....this order worth more than 7000yen.

If you are sending it to Malaysia, its better to use EMS or registered SAL, using unregistered SAL to Malaysia has 50% or more chances of goes missing....

Thanks everyone for your feedback and I've used SAL for my PA orders so it may be a bit of risk since it seems AA won't take responsibility for SAL (uninsured packages) but I really want to put in my order while Kuroneko's in stock.
