Maid Outfit = Story Time?
We open the story later in the day. A few girls are stilling hanging out in the living room. Rin has gone off to wake up and get dressed, etc.
Steffi: "So Asuka, it is Asuka right?"
Asuka: "Not now! Boss battle."
Steffi: "Oh, sorry."
*Ilya and kitsune arrive*
Steffi: "Hello Ilya, how are you and kitsune today?"
Ilya: "We're fine, you?"
Steffi: "I'm fine as well, thank you for asking."
kitsune *fascinated by the sounds from Asuka's PSP*: "Hmmmm?"
kitsune: "Pretty colors too."
Asuka: "What the hell?!?! Move!!!!"
PSP: "Boss: 'You're no match for me!' Narrator 'Game Over'."
*SLAP*
Asuka: "You idiot! I almost had him beat!"
Ilya: "Hey!"
Ilya: "What was that for?! Don't hit kitsune!"
kitsune: "No kill! No kill!"
Yukino: "Hey take it easy, it's just a game."
Steffi: "Oh, please calm down everyone."
Asuka: "What was that for?!?! Your idiot friend in the kitty costume made me lose the game!! It's a really tough boss battle on this difficulty level!"
Ilya: "She's a fox not a cat, and she's not wearing a costume!"
kitsune: "No disguise! No disguise! kitsune good!"
Yukino: "It's ok kitsune."
Asuka: "No costume huh? How do you explain these?"
*Asuka tries to pull one of kitsune's ears off*
kitsune: "Oooooooooowwwwwww!"
Ilya: "Stop!! You're hurting her! Stop!"
Yukino: "Asuka stop, they're her real ears."
Steffi: "Oh my."
*Asuka lets go of kitsune's ear*
kitsune: "whimper*
Ilya: "Are you ok kitsune? Why'd you have to be so mean? She was just curious about that thing in your hand, whatever it is."
Asuka: "Sorry. How the hell was I supposed to know they're real? And what kind of moron doesn't know what a PSP is?"
Yukino: "kitsune grew up away from people, I don't think she's ever seen a portable video game system before. I'm sure she didn't mean to make you lose your game Asuka."
Ilya: "Yeah. She was just curious. Actually, I'm a little curious too. We didn't have such things in the castle I grew up in."
Asuka: "You've really never seen a video game system? Unbelievable. *sigh* Fine, take a look"
Ilya: "Can I touch it?"
Asuka: "Yes you can even play it, but don't drop it."
Ilya: "Ok!"
Ilya: "Oh look kitsune, there's a tiny picture display with people walking on the ceiling."
Yukino: "Uhm, Ilya, you're holding it upside down."
Ilya: "Oh, haha, yeah. That makes more sense."
Asuka: "What the hell kind of place is this? First that militant hippy girl at the door and the porn star. Now a fox girl and a little red eyed odd hair-colored girl who've never seen a video game system. Is this some sort of cult or something? And that little red eyed girl's last name had better not by Ayanami!
Steffi: "No it's von Einzbern. And I agree things can be a little strange around here at times, I'm still getting used to it myself."
Asuka: "Well scripple's sure got some explaining to do. Anyway, I've got something I need to do. Little girl you can play with my PSP while I'm gone, but if you break it I'm going to break you."
Yukino: "I'll show them how to use it Asuka."
Ilya: "Yay!"
*Meanwhile in another part of the house*
Rin: "Hi scripple! How are you today?"
scripple: "Oh hello Rin, don't you look cute today."
Rin: "Awwww, you really think so?"
scripple: "Of course. And since you're all dressed up like that can I assume you're my little maid for the day?"
Rin: "Yes sir. Is there anyway I can be of *service* to you today?"
scripple: "Actually, I think you can. Why don't you go fetch one of your wooden chairs and some snacks and bring them back here."
Rin: "Really! Oh thank you so much scripple!"
Rin thinks to herself: "I knew this maid outfit would do the trick. I bet he's going to read me a story like the last time I dressed as a maid! And he'll forget all about that annoying Asuka."
*Rin rushes off*
Rin: "Ok scripple, here's the chair, I'll be right back with the snacks."
scripple: "Ok Rin."
*Rin rushes off again*
*Asuka arrives*
Asuka: "Hey scripple. It's a good thing you asked to talk to me today because you've got some serious explaining to do."
scripple: "Oh, thanks for coming Asuka. We do need to talk and get better acquainted. Won't you please have a seat? What did you need explained?"
Asuka: "What kind of a mad house did you sucker me in to? You didn't mention anything about crazy hippy chicks, porn stars, mutant fox girls and ignorant neglected children when you invited me to come. I thought I was finally getting away from idiots and losers like that Shinji and Rei."
Asuka: "I mean what am I supposed to think? The only contact we've had so far is you wanting me to pose for some fashion shoot! What's up with that??"
*Rin comes bouncing happily around the corner*
Rin: "Ok scripple, I've got the snacks. I got some of my favorites that I've been hiding from Saber........."
*Rin notices Asuka in the chair*
Rin: "What is she doing here?!?!?!"
scripple: "Oh, I asked Asuka to come by today so we could get to know each other better. That's why I asked you to bring the chair and the snacks."
Rin: "But.... I thought they were for me, and you were going to read me a story."
scripple: "Oh, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding....."
*Rin runs off*
scripple: "sigh"
Asuka: "Well that was pathetic. But I must say I'm glad to see the porn star is only here because she's part of the help. Maybe I've misjudged your household a little bit scripple."
***** Hmm, that didn't go so well, now what should I do? Follow Rin? Or have my scheduled talk with Asuka? *****

I really enjoyed that story ! I think Asuka is right about something tho , next time you want to bring another girl in your ''mad house '' ,you should send an explanation book with the ''details'' of what kind of place their new home could be , and have them sign an agreement that they really understand in what kind of household they would join ,ha!ha!
Pretty much everyone is saying I should go after Rin, so I guess that's what I should do.
As to your other suggestion, if I did that how would you expect me to ever get more nice girls like Hannah to come live here? I think I'm going to have to pass on that one.

I'm sure even if Rei finds out where Asuka is living now she won't cause any trouble. Rei's above such things. And even if she really felt like causing trouble for Asuka she's smart enough to know around here it probably wouldn't be Asuka that ended up suffering the most. And I know Rei wouldn't want to cause that.
True, she probably won't instigate it. But the "publically viewable" thing also extends to post about Rei on here. . . And when someone else starts it, Rei can be pretty vindictive. Like the shark puppet, or the Photoshop. . .

Yep, you are both right about my Rei. She isn't an instigator unless it's beyond any other means to solve an issue. So she doesn't go looking for trouble. But she WILL lash out against attackers if she thinks she is being unfairly treated or judged. So i doubt we will see Rei do anything to stir the pot. I don't expect Asuka to do it either.... I'm sure she would rather let sleeping dogs lie.

Telling stories is definitely what I enjoy about dollfies. Photos I'm not so great at it though. But I like to provide a little emotion for my readers, both highs and lows so I'm glad to hear you felt for Rin when she got upset. Thanks.

Sorry. I know well what makes sense to me doesn't always translate to others. Yes, go for Rin. And flags as in Love Flags, like in a visual novel or dating sim. I'm playing a lot of them lately, so its coloring my thinking.

Thank you. I reworked how her ears attach to keep from falling off and interfering with the hair as much, but I made sure to keep them highly poseable.

If Rei were to don her lingerie set for me unprompted, I'd guess something was either wrong or that she wanted something. I know it sounds mean but it's true. Rin isn't the type to run about in skimpy clothes simply because she enjoys it. That's Manami's gig. XD

Yes I thought it was a good sign that Asuka let them use the PSP after calming down. Perhaps she's more hot headed than anything else and won't keep stubbornly clinging to unpopular ideas and attitudes like Rin does. But she certainly can dish out the insults, she might regret that around here one of these days. ^^
