Tokyo Edo Museum! ^O^
(*^O^*)/ Today I went to the Tokyo Edo Museum!
It was even more impressive than I thought it would be!
I highly recommend this museum if you visit Tokyo.
Not boring, many English explanations and a bunch of 1:1 scale buildings!! Very, very impressive! ^o^
Here's some photo's I made today :)

おー、すごい!
私も知らない日本の風景。
行ってみたい~(・0・*)
うん!すごいね!*^^*
すごく楽しいかっただよ!
本当に綺麗!*^__^*
古い映画みたい!
Nice!Ohimesama!^^
ww。。。。*^___^*
I read that as ONI-hime. LOL. Sas-chan is much nicer. LOL
Lol XD
Ahaha!
When Sas-Chan is angry,Be as scary ONI?(^^;
ww。。。!!私はあまりおこっていませんよ!!そして、おこっているの時私はいつも悲しいですww。。(I don't often get angry.. and when I am, I feel sad most of the time instead of being scary *lol* :)
Always knew Sas-chan was a hime. I volunteer to lift the rear side of her chariot. LOL
Omg XD.. *lol*
I'd be moving figures around if I got the chance.
O_O You can't ^^;;... :p
But there were some mini shows in which they moved ^O^
Did the pedals work?
No..they were stuck T_T
Probably made by the Godzilla movie people I'll bet.
Why? O_O;;; *has never seen Godzilla*..
You've never seen a Godzilla movie? How is that possible???
^^;;;..gomen, gomen ^^:;..
If you have a DVD player in your room, go to Tsutaya and rent "Gojira".
I'm not really a movie watching person :p... but thanks :P...
Consider it cultural homework that's actually fun. That movie set the tone for Japan films and TV culture for 60 years so its worth seeing. Plus, you can practice your Japanese.
Reminds me of the ryokan I stay at in Tokyo
Nice ^O^
Very cheap to, only 5040 yen per night and they have an onsen.
Where?! O_O *want a link!*
http://www.sawanoya.com/
Its close to Ueno Zoo in Nezu. Very highly rated in Tripadvisor and I've commented on it twice at their website. Check it out.
Thanks!! ^O^
Maybe I will visit this!
(but I do prefer a private onsen though..) :)
Shy girl and it is private. They have two rooms so its cool. BTW, have you posted pics of the place you are staying at? Kinda curious what you chose for lodgings.
ww... (*^O^*).. hmm but 2 rooms means still shared but only with females right ;).. Haven't made pics yet :3
No, each one is private. I have pictures I can email you from this last trip if you want to see.
Great pictures. Impressive museum though that would not really be something on my agenda when I'm visiting Japan. unless they got a museum about the Warring States period, then I'm going to visit :P
You're in Japan a long time now :o how long are you staying there? ^^
I came her since begin July, will stay 6 months (study Japanese here) so "only" 2,5 months left T_T
This shot is awesome!!
Heh ^^ Thnx! There were many of those miniature buildings.. really awesome..:)
I remember going there back in 2008. (sat in the carriage and everything) at the time there was a big David Bowe display (i'm not sure why) is it still there?
Hmmm.. haven't seen it, but only been to the permanent exhibition! :)
This car is so small. I had my Uncle who's 6'4" stand next to it and it only came to his waist.
lol XD.. yes it was pretty tiny indeed! But there was a picture of a sumo wrestler using this car O_O......
