WiseFreeman: The truth is, I do not know. Have not decided if I want to make my tutorial profitable. Currently, I am still compiling this version (8) tutorial with some things from version 9 which I am using for the 00-raiser. However, my tutorial for the Zaku will be free for anyone participating in my International Zaku Army project.
Good thing I'm trying to make a Zaku costume then! ^^;

Oh I see, it's good if you could sell it like an e-book, you deserve profit from your hardwork. I remember there's a guy named Pete in the US selling his "Freedom tutorial made from cardboard" e-book.
I'd reviewed your tutorial back in late 2007 & it was still only reveal Content A only.
Hopefully it sells..hahaha. The one you reviewed, is version 4 based on my Freedom Gundam in 2004. There is a content B which I did not release as I discovered something new and decided to put a halt on the tutorial. This time, I will be definitely launching Gndam type mecha tutorial version 8.1 along with Zaku tutorial version 1.0 as I am personally quite satisfied with the results they produce. http://www.cosplay.com/photo/2187850/

Awesome. I remember seeing your Strike Freedom cosplay on youtube and thought it was the coolest thing ever. How long does it take to make those. Is it terribly hard to move about in them?
Thanks! That suit took me 7 months (part time/after work hours)to complete. Moving in it isn't really very difficult but restricted due to fear of my costume hitting anyone/anything in the way. The width and height of the costume with the wings spread out is 3.2 metres and 3.5 metres respectively.

would love to see the 00 raizer when finished. gonna hope the raizer parts on the shoulder and rear dont weigh the costume down. there was a guy who cosplayed as 00 gundam 2 months ago here in melbourne, and i think he was on stilts coz he was a short guy. couldnt move around as much but it looked stunning.
I am going through some serious weight reduction methods on the wings right now, and going through some physical training to bear the weight. Hope that it will turn out fine.
I saw that video f the Gundam 00 on youtube; Manifest 09, if I am not wrong. The costume is stunning indeed; I hope that I can do better =)
yeah thats the one. singaporeans do nice cosplays, since there fan base there is quite large compared to down here ( unless other aussies, especially melbournians who can say otherwise of course). if the raizer parts end up weighing it down, you can always just go as 00 gundam instead ^^
You country has nice cosplay as well =). Well, if I forgo the raiser, there won't be much of a challenge of making the costume anymore. High mobility with wings is one of the main objectives I hope to achieve in my current project and things are looking good so far =).
well at least youre committed and challenge yourself further then expected which is a good thing in the end. heck seeing you in destiny gundam and making it work, i guess it be no hard feat for you making 00 raizer. sucks how anime is a bit restricted for you guys due to the whole illegal anime dling
Not much restriction for me personally. I import and buy originals since I am working and can afford it. The collection value is higher and the satisfaction is higher =)

Well, the backpack wont be that heavy since I used corrugated plastic with some self devised weight reduction methods and some securing methods adapted from fighter pilot seat and racing car bucket seat.

Hi there, I got my material from bookstores and hardware stores. They are just basic art and craft material.

Zaku project is still on. Just that I am trying to gather more resources to make the Zaku army project more successful =). I will post more tutorials soon.
