During my trip to the VGXpo in Philly this weekend, Gamepark Holdings was gracious enough to talk to me about their amazing little handheld, the GP2X Wiz. Continued on my blog >>>
hmm, the designs remind me of the old neo geo pocket consoles. 180?not bad,hope the library has a good assortment.
They had some cool games on hand like Metal Slug and a Mega Man compilation as well as various puzzle games. Gamepark Holdings acquired the licenses to like 24 retro games consisting of a LOT of shooters (the bullet hell kind) and RPGs. They even re-made 'Her Knights' which was a popular RPG in the early 2000's just for GP2X users. Plus, it has a touch screen, comic reader, e-reader, picture viewer, movie player, and music player. To make it even better, you can multitask i.e. listen to music while reading an e-book. There's even a planner that lets you record voice memos!
It's a pretty solid little device. I just wonder if there's any sort of multiplayer capabilities.
i still prefer my modded phat psp since theres already an endless amount of games, especially retro games to play on it
I miss my PSP =(
I had a 3000, but traded it in. My girlfriend still lets me use her phat, but it's just not the same!!! Strongly considering modding it, I just have no clue where to start.
