[FREEing] Makoto Nanaya Review!

so here she is in her box. it was surprisingly smaller than i expected!

Makoto in the plastic shell. notice there is nothing to assemble apart from setting onto the base. she's strictly just set-and-display.

and finally, Makoto in full. joining us in this review is Noel, excited and happy to see her friend.

the painting on the tail is lovely. the promo pics of Makoto, to me, made the tail seem much bigger. in fact, it was part of the reason i was thinking of canceling the order - i didn't have much shelf space.

luckily, she's sitting snug on the shelf.

i was a little disappointed there was absolutely nothing on the base. it's just an orange plastic circle. not even a name or the BlazBlue logo?

the paintwork is lovely, as well as the sculpt. you can see her energetic personality coming through despite her relatively contained pose. she's just ready for battle!

here's her "uniform". the colors really stick out, especially against the red walls of my room. the colors match the fall season as well!

size comparison to Dizzy. she's not that much taller than Dizzy (minus her wings). this is good, because i was before concerned about her being a big figure. im happy to know she fits in well with the rest of my statues (give or take a few)

compared to a figma now. she's approximately the size of two figmas standing on top of each other.

i also like Makoto now! i was worried before about not having enough space and was questioning how much i cared for the character, but now i need not worry. she's a great addition to my collection and if you're a BlazBlue fan, Makoto would be a great choice to have!
