Hatsune Miku Support Ver Nightmare

Posted by TangBR [www]

Finally both of my Hatsune Miku Support Ver arrived.
It took almost 3 months because a lot has happened: GSC staff sending the items by snail mail, PostOffice strike, customs nightmare... =_=;
But it wasn´t the end of all the nightmare as these pics shows.

I already sent a mail to GSC staff pointing them about the frail box they used this time... =w=;
I hope the next ones they start to use a sturdier and better cardboard box...

This is the second Hatsune Miku support ver that arrived at 10/17...
The box was more damanged than the fist one that it looked like it were hit multiple times by truck... X_X;

            I don’t know if this info will help you, but considering that every order from GSC will be send by EMS you have a high probability of been taxed, so, you should consider (like I'm) to use a proxy service for these orders.

              Huum... Wich proxy service are you using?
              I only use when I´m buying stuff from US... ^^;

                Actually, I’m not using any specific proxy service, I have some trusted sellers from both Japan and Hong Kong (I order figures from them almost every month). So, I buy cheerful figures and write their address, then they send me these figures with other orders I made from them. That’s how I managed to get Nendoroid Racing Miku 2011. If you wish, I can send you their email address.

    That... really... sucks...

    Well, on the upside the figure will still be in mint condition. Still, it's awful to pay retail for something and it arrives like that. Heartbreaking. Especially after waiting so long for it.

    My box was slightly damaged but Miku was fine so I let it slide. Just happy to have her on my desk smiling at me every day.

    Speak of international shipping as well as the GSC's whole international on-line direct selling concept, this kind of damage is what I worried about besides the shipping cost.

    GSC is going to release that 1/8 Miku "Love is war" figure in this way. A huge box I can imagine that. What I am not willing to imagine is what will happen to it.

      Unfortunately the Miku Support Nendoroids were shipped as Seamail, the other products will be send via EMS (i got my Pucchito BRS Cheerful some days ago and she arrived safe and without damages)
