GN Buster Sword II is one huge bladed weaponry in tune with Gundam’s history of gigantic close range combat tools and is one of the reason I’m drawn to this variation than the 00-Raiser version of the Gunpla kit… :3c
By extending the handle, GN Buster Sword II can be deployed as its usual form, just like its name would suggest…
It’s alternate form, the shield mode, is done via sliding out parts of its blade and its surrounding armour pieces to reveal an array of 5 clear exhaust vents…
GN Buster Sword II also have the light-up gimmick implemented…
By removing the locking cover on the reverse side of the sword, you can place the same LED Light Unit utilised on the GN Drives to simulate release of GN Particles on GN Buster Sword II’s shield mode…
Also note on the handle located just above the locking cover… It is meant for 00 to grab on during the shield mode but for some reason (Obviously it’s too heavy for 00) the hole on it cannot fit onto 00′s peg on its palms… ^^;

In their native form, they are a type of slash-based assassin-like mêlée weaponry…
By retracting its handle and adding an extra armour piece, GN Katars can be turned into its shield form…
Note by attaching a peg (The same one used for mounting GN Buster Sword II’s shield form onto 00′s arm) located underneath the armour piece, you can mount the shield onto 00′s arms…
You can also directly combine the GN Katars’ shield mode into a single piece similar to the twin GN Shield utilised by 00-Raiser…
Them shields can also be attached onto the end of the GN Drives docking platform to form sorta bladed wings that doubles up as a defensive measure… ^_~
Attaching another handle between the shield form of GN Katars to create a double-bladed katar weapon… thingie… ^~^;;;
GN Sword II Long and GN Sword II Short are next in line…
In sword form, GN Sword II Long resembles a wide-bladed broadsword while GN Sword II Short is similar to a falchion, but with an added wire-cable feature for medium range attacks…
In their alternate forms, GN Sword II Long and GN Sword II Short both converts into their gun mode, with the long one resembles a sniper rifle or sorts while the shorter one a sub-machine gun…
That’s all for Seven Sword System… But what is this G at the end of 007S/G?
Wait… Another one you said!? Twin Beam Sabres + GN Buster Sword II + GN Sword II Long + GN Sword II Short + Twin GN Katars = 7 Swords… Doesn’t that already accounted for its namesake (Gundam 00 Seven Sword)?
As if seven weapons that could alternate between modes aren’t enough for 00, it gets yet another one – GN Sword II Blaster! 0_0
Just like its other peers, GN Sword II Blaster can transform into its sword form at will…
