When I've showed my photos from Akihabara, people always ask me where such and such is. To help, I picked up this map in Akiba. Its a bit out of date, so I have annotated the map with the hotspots. For full resolution, check my blog.

Whoops, got the position wrong, its nearer the main street. In the big Akiba Zone building.
@Home Maid cafe
They have 4 chains here 4f, Hana, 6f and 7f. I recommend 4F.
I also recommend this building rather than the @home in DonQuiyote

No idea - somewhere in Akiba. Probably somewhere near the station. Its pretty out of date though...
Heard they have some at Gamers so I hope to get one there next year.
