HG 1/144 Verde Buster Gundam Review

I'll start with a review of the HG 1/144 Verde Buster Gundam, I know. I said that I would do the Hazel Gundam but I decided that I wanted to do something that I just built recently. The Verde buster is used by Shams Couza and is the 42nd suit in the Gundam SEED line. Anyway here are the notable points of the suit. Minimal paint is required like most modern HG suits. I found this important because it would an interesting suit to start with for a beginner. In this aspect only. I found posing with this suit quite difficult thanks to the M9009B composite bayonette-equipped beam rifles he has on the waist. No clear parts at all. The articulation for this suit is lacking though. I guess an artillery unit doesn't need the articulation...Too bad. Good thing the unit comes with a stand like the advance of Zeta Hrairoo. The Eyeguard would have been great if the slits were somewhat larger than it is to highlight the menacing look the Verde Buster it has. No part swapping for this kit but I'm sure everyone finds this very important but for this 1/144, he has the tightest hands. Tight in the sense that removing the hand guards would take quite the effort. Very easy to detail and customize and it still has the parts necessary to convert it to the Buster Gundam so if you got the 1/144 Buster and this then you could save if you're willing to convert him each time.
