Kanu on Other DDs and Cosplay

"Wonder if I can still find that outfit for Kanu. She said she wanted a low-cut--"

"That's Ryomou. I thought you'd know her as you're both from the same line of DDs."
"Not personally. I haven't met that many others..."

"One of these days, I wish to meet others...or better yet...Zapapa, find another to adopt!"
"HEY LOOK AT THIS ONE."

"Yeah, she does. There's a lot of DD's out there. Don't worry, we'll be able to meet some. Probably at next year's Anime Expo. Oh, which reminds me, you're gonna be my sign-girl at my artist's table."
"One of those conventions?"

"Sure they do. I'm actually thinking about doing so myself next year."

"Yeah. You're Kanu Unchou. You got the school uniform and everything."
"But, I want to be someone else."

"Alright then. Well, I'll let you choose. We'll talk about it after Christmas. I'm not gonna dump my wallet on clothing all at once."
"Very well..."

"That'll be that, then! I will particpate in cosplay for next year's gathering!"
"It'll be your first convention, isn't it? We're gonna have to prepare a lot of things to be ready. I guarantee you that you'll have an outfit to wear by then." (Maybe...)

"Okay, now I KNOW you're just messing with me."
"Ahahaha~"

the option i would prefer for Kanu. being Kanako Miyamae (Maria+Holic) would give way for more humorous pictures and a way-off character behavior from the usual stoic and serious Kanu from the Ikkitousen anime series.

also, the picture itself is one of my favorites. rarely, if ever, Kanako herself tries to look sexy/attractive. she fawns over the other lovely ladies at her school, but now its her turn to receive praise.

the most plausible option for Kanu. tanned-skin, long hair, sharp eyes. who else better to be Mana Tatsumiya (Negima!) than Kanu?

if i go this route, we're gonna need a lot of scale-model guns...
