Mio's first proper Christmas
I got Mio last year for Christmas so she didn't get to enjoy it properly - so this time I decided to take her downstairs to see the decorations.
Mio: Is it safe to come out yet?
Yes it is! There's only me and the dogs here, but they won't bother you.
Mio: Oh wow! The decorations look so pretty mummy :D Did you put them all up?
No...
But I did decorate the Christmas Tree. If you jump on my hand I can show you ^0^
Mio: Oh yes please! Just promise not to take me too high.

Mio: I guess not - just don't drop me.

Mio: It's quite hard to balance on here! Are you sure it's safe?
Yes I'm sure! Now, I'm going to show you something special :)
Mio: Wow! It's so pretty!!! Can I get closer?
Sure but be careful.
Mio: This is so cool! And it's my favourite colour too! It's also really warm.
Don't burn yourself! Those things can get hot - time to come off now and the lights will come back on.
Mio: Awww okay
Mio: Do you think you can show me the trimmings on the ceiling?
Sure!
Mio: We're so high up!!! This trimming is so big it's covering my head!

Mio: Thank you mummy ~~ I can't wait for Christmas Day to come so I can see my sister Nozomi :)
