    havent tried this sort of shadow photography. i should consider this. Akira seems to be having fun :D

    I think you need to use a brighter lamp. I use a desk lamp that works almost like a spot light. It makes it easier for the camera to focus on the doll and it makes the shadows darker! :)

        Yeah, I have one of those desk lamps that can bend, but it tends to topple over just when I get it in the position I want it in! lol So sometimes I just lay it down and let it do it's thing!

          Yeah mines bends too. I had it on a jankie angle, lol. Next time I'm gonna try it from the left side.

                I recall balldylox using an inexpensive "shop light" from Wal-Mart for some of his lighting. works really well and has a clamp to place nearly anywhere.

    Mines has a clamp, but it's hard to get the positioning just right. I'll practice with more angles ^_^
