Uninvited Intruder
A few weeks ago, Agatha and Pancake had a leetle spat. But it seems their activities aren't just affecting them. . .
"Raising Heart, you say we're ready to go?"
"Yes, my master. The coordinates have been set to the location of the dimensional disturbance."
"Alright. Let's go!"
"Well, this place looks pleasant. Hopefully the perpetrator of the disturbance isn't too crazy, then."
"Um. . ."
". . . there's stuff of me all over the place."
"Well, this may have just gotten awkward."
"What on earth?"
"What's wrong, little guy?"
Agatha: "Whoa."
Agatha: "And who exactly are you?"
"Nanoha Takamachi, captain instructor and interdimensional enforcer for the Time-Space Administration Beaureau, at your service."
"Fine, whatever. Just hand over that dragon, will you?"
"Yes, that little thief has stolen my tools. I had to built a wormhole generator from scrap parts by hand like some kind of savage in order to get them back! And he's stolen them again. I need to punish him to make sure he doesn't repeat this incident."
"Wha. . ."
"You created that wormhole? Just to get your tools back?"
"Yes, that's my handiwork. I do take pride in building such devices."
Agatha: "Now, if you'll excuse me. . ."
Nanoha: "Stop. I can't allow this to continue."
"Now, I need to get details from you on this wormhole generator, and I can keep your punishment light if you promise not to use it again."
Agatha: "Oh no. HEY POOF! There's a crazy lady in here trying to steal my scientific work!"
Nanoha: "There's another person here? And you ran a homemade wormhole generator anyway?"
Agatha: "Yeah. So?"
Nanoha: "I'm sorry for intruding. My name is Nanoha Takamachi. . ."
Nanoha Takamachi?! I know you! Oh, man, I'm a huge fan! *squee*
Nanoha: "Ah, so that's your poster then."
Nanoha: "I'm here because my device Raising Heart detected a strong dimensional disturbance. I came to investigate it, only to have your, um, friend here say that she caused it using a wormhole generator she built."
A wormhole generator? Ah, so that's what happened to my toaster!
Agatha: "What? It's not like it was being used for anything. Well, anything interesting anyway. It was for science."
Nanoha: "Are you always like this?"
Nanoha: "Do you mind if I stay? To um. . . prevent further incidents?"
Wow! I'd be honored, actuall. Plus, I hate to say it, but it would be nice to have a bit of a buffer between Agatha and Pancake.
*GLOMP!*
Nanoha: "Aw. A little undisciplined, but I'll admit it's cute, given the circumstances."
Agatha: "Wait, so you're letting her stay?"
Well, if it gets me my toaster back. . .

Yup, Pancake. Battrastard is dead on. Which doesn't surprise me, seeing as he's also a Night Fury keeper. It's a good thing I don't have any more girls or dragons incoming, because I definitely have my hands full!

Nice story, although I expected Nahona to freak out a bit more when she found out the wormhole generator was used for such trivial purposes. I don't know the character so I guess she's cooler headed than I figured.
Also nice that pancake has a new friend and some protection. I'm sure it will last right up until he steals her staff. XD

She does keep a pretty cool head most of the time, but also likes to give people the benefit of the doubt. She's probably trying to reserve judgement in case there's more to this story than she was given.
Hah, yeah, you're right; while she's more likely to give Pancake affection, she'll also have less tolerance of certain. . .disciplinary issues he has. XD

I'm also glad to hear she was still "top dog" as you put it though; Sparks are known to be rather charismatic. Yay! Oh yeah, Agatha is always acting like the head honcho in your stories. I like that about her and so does Rei. XD So it's good you kept that feel. I'm thinking Nanoha will be able to keep her more in check over time but Agatha will still treat as a lower life form due to her antics and non believer status of Agathas inventor prowess. XD
