A long time ago, before I actually had any dolls, I researched them online. I came across Sasara Kusugawa and fell in love with her instantly, but at that time I had other interests that I felt were more important than dolls. However, I still ended up showing my grandma and my grandma ended up liking her very much as well. I was really close to my grandma and I showed her anything and everything I was interested in just because she liked to know what was going on in my life.

Around the time I decided that I was actually going to buy my doll, my grandma got diagnosed with lung cancer. She wanted to buy Sasara for me before she died, but I did not really want her to spend that much money on her. I also had a hard time finding one for sale anyway. (I had not known about deputy services.) Eventually she died from lung cancer, but she left me a lot of money to buy Sasara on my own. It took me a really long time to get this money because my cousins (who were not left anything) didn't want me to have it.

Once I finally got my money, I started a layaway plan with a lovely girl from Den of Angels. During my layaway I moved from Texas to Louisiana, and my dad had to switch jobs. The move also caused problems with my school and I ended up getting a bit behind on payments. However I was blessed to have such an understanding seller who didn't abandon me during my struggles.

Now after 7 long months of saving... Sasara is finally home with me! I love her very much, and now I will be saving for a nicer camera so that I can take beautiful pictures of her like Hololo, Wolfheinrich, iamapplepuff, Mr.MVP and many others do so well. xD

Thanks for reading and I hope you enjoy my pictures. I didn't take as many as I did whenever I opened Moe, because I was in such a hurry to get Sasara out of her box. LOL.

Sasara after I freed her from her bubble wrap and plastic of protection~ So gorgeous! I started squeeing at this moment.

              My Blackberry is sooo slow too, but it has to do with where I live... Bad reception. And the screen is really tiny so I have to zoom in like 500 times to read a page. xD It doesn't do that on every page, just figure.fm and a few other sites I read.

    Condolences for your Grand-mother . Really touching story ,Sasara will probably be really special to you , I would never get rid of her if I had the same history behind her.

    I am glad you were finally able to adopt your dream doll. Dolls are special in and of themselves, but when they have a history, especially so. Congrats!

      Aw, thank you so much! I agree wholeheartedly! I felt that my other two dolls were special and they had no emotional history behind them really, but Sasara put "special" on a whole different level for me. The happiness I felt when I opened her box was just incredible. ^_^

      Thanks so much for your kind words~ Every time I look at my Sasara I think about my grandmother and how I know she would have liked to see her in person. It makes me sad, but also very grateful that my grandmother left me money for her. If she hadn't, I probably would not have her right now. Thanks again for your sweet comment~

    Congrats on finally being able to add a Sasara to your family! I'm sorry to hear of your grandmother and how bad your cousins had treated you. At least it seems that DD Fate was looking out for you so that Sasara could finally meet you and be with you for good!

    I hope we get to see much more of her in the future!

I can see that you and Sasara have had a strong bond with one another before you even met, and it's moments like this that make the dollie world so amazing.
