Mim's Nagato
I finally have a place to display my figures and I'm opening up a few that have been sitting in the cold, dark corners of storage boxes.
This is the special website exclusive for Bandai's Mecha Mesume Nagato, which came out around three months ago and is the second release in the series.

It's a brilliant mecha design complete with a hat style head peice and mecha sized wand to follow Nagato's witch theme.
Though not 100% sure I think the grey piece in the lower left allows you to clip the wand to the leg of the mecha suit as a form of holster for when Nagato doesn't need to whack bad people over the head with it XD
The exo skeleton has a crazy amount of joins. Every finger is on a ball joint also.
Nicely thought out base allows for some pretty dynamic poses, though I'm fine with the regular standing pose myself.
The face plate of the exo skeleton pops out and back in to allow for Nagato's bunny ears. Hmm I need to push that arm joint a little further in now that I notice it in the close up.
They look happy together and although they did release another version of Haruhi with the same mecha arms as Nagato's I figure the origional one looks fine and less cluttered. Now its a waiting game for the orange third one.
All the suits actually look around figma size.

You know. When I see both of them like that, I think of Trigger Heart Exelica. XD Pretty cool though. :x
I have a real soft spot for Mecha Mesume so was seriously thinking of tracking down the PVC for Exelica.
I'm also looking forward to the Gundam Mecha Mesume line from Bandai as, if these two are anything to go by, its going to be well worth the investment.
OMG You know about Exelica?! :O Kudos to you, Mim! :O :O :O Yes, yes.. Mecha are very kawaii indeed. lol I've been looking around, to figure out where to start on rebuilding my collection. Saber is my all time favorite character.. I think I should start with the small stuff and explore nendos to animes I haven't seen, but loved, in ages. Very cool room btw
