Long story short, I have in my possession the rare Nanoha Comiket 79 Bed Sheet (C79 リリカルなのは なのは＆フェイト湯上がりロマンスシーツ) that was sold at the Nanoha 1st Movie booth in December 2010 (C79).
I am looking for an individual who would like to take her off my hands!

the one I am selling is in Mint Condition as well, as I've never opened it (still in original shipping package).

12190 yen = 124.30 Euro
Unless you have a YJA account yourself and a personal Japanese shipping address and bank account that you can use at NO charge, yeah you could get it from Japan directly. But simply paying for international shipping fees from Japan to Europe would easily make up for that cost. In the end, purchasing from Japan directly might end up to be more since said individual most likely has to pay deputy fees and the international shipping fees.
