Minamichita
Minamichita is, as the name suggests, located at the very south of the Chita Peninsula in Aichi prefecture. Just like many of my other trips, a music video brought me here. This time again it was SKE48 with Hazumisaki. Watch the video to compare the locations.

There is no train going all the way down the peninsula, so we first take the train to Kowa Station. Three photos in this post is taken with the iPad2, so please excuse the low quality on those.

Getting a day bus pass for this area is highly recommended as it costs 500 yen, and a one way trip to Morozaki would be more than 250 yen. Just go ask the bus driver for one.

Here we have arrived at Morozaki where we will track down the first locations in the music video.

Orange forklifts like this one always reminds me of Shenmue and the daily forklift races.

One of the torii which leads to the Hazu Shrine. Many bugs and other small creatures around.

You see this very scene at the beginning of the music video.

The shrine is unmanned, so if you want to buy a plate to write a wish on, you are supposed to leave money into a box.

Many other SKE48 fans have been here before us to make a wish and pray that the group will continue to prosper.

I'm not sure if it's taboo to take pictures of other people's wishes. This very one is a Hiramatsu Kanako fan and hopes her dream will come true.

Morozaki is a bay town with many boats around.

Not many people around. One family is having a lunch break here. We spotted some fishermen, and people about to board a ferry, but that was about it.

The sign says Hazumisaki.

If you want to make the most out of your time, you should look up the bus table before you go, because some buses only run once every other hour. We had just missed a bus, and decided to walk to this fish market while waiting for the next one.

Bus stops not marked very well so make sure you look around.

Surprisingly many people inside the market.

A map of Minamichita. The big red sign shows our current location. Morozaki, where we visited the shrine, is on the far right of the peninsula, and our next destination is Utsumi, where the big blue sign with a phone number points to.

At Utsumi there is a Mos Burger which to me looks a little bit special than your common one, with outdoor tables and palms around.

The map on the iPad2 helps us get to our locations.

Happy people around. This one also taken with the iPad2.

Heading for the beach; some girls are getting their toys filled with air. Many people in Japan still use these kind of inflatable toys when going to the beach.

Looks like many people are having a good day on the beach this day.

At last we have arrived at our final location of the music video - the Kirakuya.

The shop got the girls' signs and put up some screenshots from the music video as a trophy. I've seen many other shops do this when famous people have visited.

Love this pic!
Awesome!
I love Mos Burger!
