If you’re a Power Rangers fan, you might’ve asked this question before: why don’t the rangers just get into their megazord and just stomp out the monsters before they can grow?
Fortunately in Japan, they’ve thought of that. It didn’t end well.

LOL!!! The power rangers were just never that smart....... All of them were just stupid little kids making noises every time they punched the air and did a flip. :P
You know I have wondered that xD Okay sure maybe i should be enjoying the show but hey! that's just me xD
Well technically , That would cut air time and that would be a waste . Kungfu Fighting Rangers are a blast for kids and thats how I liked The Power rangers ever since .

Seriously, it's not fair to equate Sentai to Power Rangers. While the basic concept may be the same, the differences were enough to make them completely different shows.

and who needs team mates when you can use the mecha yourself~ =D
Maybe they just need to hire some snipers and headshot any freaking monsters their enemies could muster~
heck even japanese spiderman needed a mecha to beat a big monster, although the spiderman most people know takes on any large powered villains like rhino and carnage

Do you realize what you're asking? You'd be trying to maneuver a 20 story robot to step on something that in comparison would be the size of an ant, plus there may be civilians around? That would be nearly impossible to do!
Besides, sentai is not meant to be logical, it's meant to be fun to watch ^o^
