Obitsu Mii-tan

Hey figurefm! I'm new here, and I'm Kim :)
Just wondering if there's anyone out there that makes custom dolls?
If so I was wondering how much it would cost to get this made up.
It's Mii from Popotan :D

Custom head, shoes, clothes.
No shoes, underwear or socks needed as I can buy them later.
And I don't want the band-aid or bracelets made either.
