      Yep it is ~ I don't know a bubble wrap could do that, I just have a bunch of it lying around in my room and I just use it, wonder what it'll be like . XD I have no idea it could be like that o3o

        it does and it's really cool how you can create your own bokeh effects! there are many tutorials online and all over youtube as well!
