This is a Char Custom Zaku I made from a 1/144 HG MS-06S Zaku II kit. I am entering it in the Most Amusing Gunpla Category.

How long have you been building Gunpla: First time actually so it looks amateurish. ^^; But thank you online guides!

What is that red paint made of ?? . It looks quite rough or is it some type of cloth ??
Like the last pic , It has a Nazi-esque look
Believe it or not it's actually colored sand that I painted in.

Thanks to those on-line guides, this Zaku was completed three times faster than it would have!
Awesome work, and an interesting idea to use sand on the plastic. Though doing so would remove most of the poseability, would it not?
Yea it does restrict movement, but I think it gives it "character"
sand as in.... those annoying styrofoam that peeled of easily and hard to remove if its attached to skin, and really rough on skin?
