Black Rock Shooter Animation Version - Need help

Posted by Samshio [www]

So I manage to come across a sealed Black Rock Shooter Animation Version with the original stickers in the envelope and I bought it. It was in perfect condition when it was sent to me but when I got it the left ponytail piece had broken off (refer to post below). Yeah, it was packaged really well and stuff yet it arrived like that and it was a rather large piece that broke off. I can not get a true refund since it was broken in transit and I submitted a report to the post office.
No choice but to keep it or send it back at my expense.
So my question is how would one go about to fix this. The person that sent it to me said glue but I know that is a taboo and degrades the value/look of the figure but I'm not sure what else to do. any suggestions?

Tiny dab of super glue imo. At least that's what I'd do anyway.

Well... this sort of things had happened to me in the past... and well, you pretty much have to glue it together, try one little drop of the strongest glue you can find, so the glue doesn't come out of the broken place and sting the outside parts and it has to by strong enough that even if you handle the figure the piece never fall again.
Good luck I really hope you can pull this off the best way possible.

Thanks for the input guys, I guess I will unseal the box and try out some really super glue and pray XD
It really does look like a great figure but I guess there are large parts with small thin parts that they hang/support off of making it a delicate figure.

Unfortunately, this is SO common with this figure. Happened to a few people I know that bought this figure. Luckily the break is usually clean, so just use a little bit of superglue and you won't notice it at all. ^_^

Good luck, I hope you're able to fix it!
