First Post: Gundams
For the last 2-3 months, I just had an urge to start building my stocked gundam kits. Ever since I got myself a copy of Hobby Japan+ XN Raiser conversion kit (too bad my 00 raiser is 1/100 and the conversion is for 1/144 and i don't really think i can modify it much) Well anyways, I just built all of these one gunpla after the other. All of them are just prebuilt, mods and painting will probably come later, but I snapped some photos of those gunpla.
All in all I have the following:
-SD Gundam Wing ( old and crappy but I sorta redid it and it looks a better now)
-SD Heavyarms ( similar to wing, I redid it as well and looks better now)
-SD Sandrock
-SD Gundam X
-MG Guncannon (unfinished)
-Tallgeese III (unfinished)
-Gundam Double X (almost finished, but I don't really touch it anymore, should've bought the Heavyarms Custom instead)
-Gundam Deathscythe H (Finished and lacking parts, my first bought gunpla)
Then for the recent 2-3 months, I built the ff:
- Gundam 00 Raiser
- 1/60 Gundam Exia
- Mr. Bushido's Ahead
-MG Gundam Unicorn
-MG Wing Zero Custom ( Pearl mirror coating ver.)
In stock and untouched:
-MG Strike Gundam + IWSP
- 1/144 GP02 + MLRS
Now for the picture. ( Can someone tell me how to put multiply pictures in one post please ? :D )
Always had this idea of Angel of Death Gundam with a Wing Zero Custom + Deathscythe H-Custom and scythe. But of course I'm not touching this Wing, probably another wing zero custom. If anyone wants to pick up the idea, please show me what you come up with. :D
Pearl coating, huh... you can buy 2 normal MG Wing zero custom for slightly less price. ^^;
Since you have XN Raiser, why don't you just get a HG 00 Gundam? It only costs 1000 yen. ^^
Hahaha, well I bought it way back in 2005, and I was really hunting a Wing Zero Custom, then I ended up buying this pearl ver.. Sometimes, I do prefer the normal over this one. If ever, I'll probably buy a normal one, HG or MG if I plan on making that mod. I never really thought of sticking with the coating that the kit came with, its still much better to modify it and paint it myself. You just can't get the wings this ver. comes with with any normal paint job, the wings really got to me. :)
As for the XN Raiser, I really don't know if I'll buy an HG ver. or maybe wait for a 7s ver. (I don't think that'll ever happen though) Or just look for ways to use it on my current 00 raiser :D
