Naomi's First Day
Sorry that this took so long to post...should have been sooner, seeing how it's almost been a full month since Naomi's been here. ^^; My weekends have been booked solid and homework got in the way at times (then there's spending some quality time with family and such), so...yeah...
Anyway, I hope this isn't too shabby for a first story post!
Naomi: *mumble mumble*
Naomi: “Mnnnn…what time is it? I feel like I’ve been sleeping for so long.”
Naomi: “I should probably make this bed…whoever it belongs to…”
Naomi: “And these plushies, too…so cute…”
Naomi: “There. That should be good enough.”
Naomi: “Wow…so many clothes…and they’re all my size!”
Naomi: *rustle rustle* “Even these drawers are filled with clothing…”
-After a quick change-
Naomi: “What should I do now? This place seems kind of…”
Naomi: “…empty?”
Naomi: “Um…”
Naomi: “I don’t think…”
Naomi: “…it would hurt…”
Naomi: “…if I just took a bite…”
Naomi: *nibble nibble* “Mmmm~ So sweet and crispy!”
Naomi: *flop*
Naomi: “I can’t help but wonder…why I’m here…”
Naomi: “Everything just seems so strange…”
Naomi: *looks into the mirror* “So much food…it’s like someone thinks I’m skinny or something…”
*Ka-chack*
Naomi: “Eh? Who’s…?”
Kanji: “Oh! You’re awake! You’ve been sleeping for quite some time and-”
Naomi: *stumbles back* “Waaaah! A g-giant!”
Kanji: “Wait don’t be-”
Naomi: “P-Please don’t hurt me!”
Kanji: “Hold on a-”
Naomi: *turns to run but trips on the table* “Oof!”
Kanji: “Um…are you alright?”
Naomi: “I’m sorry, I’m sorry! I didn’t mean to eat your food, just please don’t hurt-”
Kanji: “Hold on now, I’m not here to hurt you.”
Naomi: “Eh? B-But…I ate…”
Kanji: “That food was for *you* when you woke up. I figured you must’ve had a long trip from California, so…that’s what all of this is for.”
Naomi: “All for *me*?”
Kanji: “Mhm. I’m really sorry that I frightened you.”
Kanji: “I was hoping that…well…we could be…friends?”
Naomi: “Friends…?”
Naomi: “For real? You…you mean it?”
Kanji: *smile* “Yes, of course I mean it, silly!”
Naomi: “Wow…I…I don’t even know your *name*!”
Kanji: “Oh, how stupid of me…My name is Kanji Calligraphy, but you can just call me ‘Kanji’.”
Naomi: “Okay, Miss Callig-er…Kanji! I’m Naomi, and...thank you for accepting me into your home!”
Kanji: “Such a cute name~! I hope that we can be the best of friends, Naomi.”
Naomi: “Oh, thank you, thank you, thank you! I hope so, too!”

And that concludes our first story post of (hopefully) many to come! We hope you enjoyed it and look forward to our next little adventure! (Sorry for the terrible washed-out photos...I still need to get used to cameras and flashes since my room gets very little natural light...heheh...^^;;)
