i think that your doll face can be repered try, whith wicht material had you paint it? maibe it can be remove and if there is some mark you can paint with colour a skin paint with a airbrush and then paint the face with others materials like acrilics paints, pencils,etc.

Join a bjd forum like the den of angels, you'll find loads of commisionable artists there.

I second the recommendation for Den of Angels. That place is a treasure trove of doll info! There's tons of artists who take commissions for face-ups, body aesthetics, and clothes, as well as an absurd number of tutorials for all of the above as well. I don't even have a Dollfie yet and still have found that place incredibly useful and friendly.
