Akumakon 2012

Akumakon is an anime/manga convention held in the West of Ireland, Galway. I had plans to attend as Cosplay Ireland but couldn't make it due to college committments so my good friend and colleague Fiona who cosplayed as the cute Mikuru attended and took photos of cosplayers for me to show you and to put on our FaceBook page.

As mentioned in the past, as a passionate cosplayer myself and has a big background in working at anime and Japanese related events I intend to set up a business being Cosplay Ireland, a social networking site where cosplayers, artists, designers and the fans can network and meet, to establish a community for cosplayers, people involved and the fans were one can self express and show off their creative talent. I was very inspired by the international cosplay communities and hope one day to link up and I aim to run events.

I have alot of ideas and I have an idea for a major event which I must do for my course so once I get working on it, I will mention it here.
