It's her boot spurs of course! have you ever seen such fine boot spurs?
As a whole, this is a pretty nice figure. The paint, sculpt, etc., but it just doesn't seem very "Revy" to me. If that makes any sense.
I hear you, but the grin, tattoo, cigarette and guns are there so apparently it equals Revy. could have been anyone else without those signature elements. maybe a tres donne crudeli or something.
