Nanoha break!
OK, early Figma's are not as sturdy as they are now. I tried to swap hands on my freshly unboxed Nanoha (Figma release # 005) and *SNAP* said the peg.

I'll have to drill this out now...

Turns out there's a thicker part at the end of the peg that keeps the peg in the socket. It's a real pain to get it out >_<
Also, her left tail was completely broken off when I opened the box. It was no fault of the seller's, because the factory seal was clearly still on it. Quality control is a b*tch, I guess ^^ At least I managed to glue that back on, although it's no longer poseable now. Bummer.

poor Nanoha became a handicapped...
I just finished repairing the hand, but the left twin tail broke off again... T_T
My imouto has one with the same trouble, maybe it's a common fail in all the Figma Nanohas
I think it's an issue with early Figma releases. I have more Nanoha StrikerS Figma's and they're all fine...
Specifically, I have Signum, Teana and Subaru ^^ All of them are OK.
Same thing happened to my Saber from the 1st release.
I now what it feels, my Saber from 2008 at some point due to the ball peg in the hand broke the wrist joint when I was trying to remove the hand... thankfully the peg got out somehow and I was able to glue the thing together and "save" the hand, sad to see that one more Figma has suffered from the evil ball peg
Luckily, there are no more early releases that i particularly want to own. I'll stick to the latest Figma's from now on ^^
