Hi all,
Presenting to you my humble room/workspace/loft where all Nendoroid stories are born and were all anime are watched and all posts are posted.
Don't be shocked and gobsmacked by the pathetic collection here as I've only stepped into the world of Otaku-ism in the beginning of the year; and figurine collection 3 months ago. So I am probably one of the newbies around the block ^^
However, to me, being otaku is not having the most figure, the most posters, watching the most anime or owning a 1/1 scaled Gundam in your backyard. It's being part of a community of comrades who share the same passions and interests!

I'm not so tall so this was with the help of a ladder!
The brightly lit place is my workdesk.
For some reason, not many fellow comrades seem to have a proper desk with space for doing work.
Sadly I am still in education, so I have to have space for writing.
Keeping the desk neat is important too!
Of course, some figures on the desk to provide eye therapy from all the staring at books
This is my shelf.
Posters strategically placed in front to cover the untidiness at the back.
Another angle of the shelves from the bed. I love that Haruhi poster. From Nyan-type Vol.1 !
From the bed, I turn my head 45º to the right, I will see this view.
A Jigsaw puzzle from .. guess where? and the G5 with the old school Studio Display on the table. I watch movies and anime from this position when I'm lazy to sit at my workdesk
Behind the bed is a cabinet and a hanging rack.
SOS Windbreaker I got December last year. That was probably my first online purchase. I love it!
The cabinet is where I store legacy manga, artbooks and what not.
Lowest shelf is dominated with novels; love reading those.
2nd shelf from the bottom is where I keep my Nendoroid parts with their containers.
3rd shelf from the bottom is the Guestroom playset + some Manga and novels
Top shelf are artbooks!
End we conclude this post with me sleeping after reading..... Reading what?

And if it makes you feel better, you've just started collecting figures 3 months ago and you have a lot more figures that I do -- considering I've started collecting late last year ^^;

You can see the hidden figures? or did you just spy the box?
I did not have good pictures of the figures in the cabinet (black one with the Gundams, the one the Nendoroid boxes are sitting upon), so I omitted those. I have a 3 gundams, 4 figures in and lots of plastic boards in that black cabinet ^^
I just saw the box ^^; I saw that there's a spot of colors underneath, but that's all I could decipher -- too small and too dark to distinguish ^^;;;
I think I recognized Yoko's box right away because I just looked at mine... and I think that's a Hatsu Miku nendo box below Yoko's... right? or is it Kagamiku's?
I also spy your Nendo storage cases... I was attempting to find some myself, but they're all too small ><; I found a good container for legs and arms though *nodnod*

I was just checking my own Nendo Yoko before seeing this post... probably why I got to recognize it instantly
answer this for me:
1) how many macs do you have?
2) is that a chopping board?
3) I sense it's not a bottle of white glue, instead, something else. True or False?
other than that, U has a neet room. =D
[1] 4, excluding the G5 which belongs to my brother who is never home.
I only use my iMac for photoshop + blogging and my Macbook for places where my iMac cannot travel
[2] Yes, chopping boards from IKEA make excellent white background / reflectors for Nendostories ^^
[3] Sorry to disappoint you but that is white glue. ^^ What were you expecting XD

Those things were so neat when they came out. I really wanted one and we had one at the help desk where I worked. It has a couple overheating issues. :(
Sad to say the Cube has a spot there because it overheated ^^

Before I even saw the caption at the bottom of the picture, I knew what the puzzle image was from.
I LOVE that movie. I drive my Mum nuts watching it cos I watch it alot.
Where did you get that puzzle from? Now I totally want one too. Lol...
Found it at a local shop that specializes in selling puzzles.
I came across an online store that sells studio ghibli stuff including puzzles a while back. Could try there!

I want that small KissXSis wallscroll next to your old Macs! And, alas...you're right, no one seems to have any actual workspace. I guess that's because they either a) work in a study/office that's located somewhere else in the house or b) don't have to work at home at all. x_x"
