Dollfie Wigs
I finally received a couple of wigs I bought for my dollfie musume and much to my dismay hairs where all over the place.
As you can see from the pictures on the bottom I'm not too thrilled about the look. I gave it my best trying to comb then but that didn't help much.

On this wig being mostly straight it was not too much of a problem.

On this lovely ponytail however, things got a little more tangled.

Again I tried to brush it but the stray hairs refuse to settle into place.

Thus why I turn to your aid fellow dollfie papas and mamas.
How do you deal with unruly wigs? What methods or products do you use?
This also leads me to another question, how do you store several wigs?
Your advise would be greatly appreciated by both me and Nanoha.

I use a barber set went I give my girls a haircut/ styling. I don't use any products to hold them in place, but I think Volks carries some sprays to help that. I just have one extra wig so I keep it in netting inside a small time. I would really like 1/3 scale wig heads though...give my girls a changing room and everything...^^
When I brush Rin's hair, I usually just wet my fingers a bit.
Yeah, know.. I just gently work the wig till its right. It'll take a little effort. You may wanna wet your fingers a little bit.. or buy some Styling products from Volks. Don't use Human products, The stuff we use is designed for us. Not our lovely daughters.
Warm water is what I've heard works best, usually, and since it works great on ponies and Barbies (which use similar fiber) I believe it. Also, I've read from cosplayers that you're supposed to use combs on wigs rather than brushes, though I'm not sure how true this is.
Gah, Nanoha is so cute, though, even with tangled hair. Would love to adopt a Nanoha of my own. . .when I can aford it. ¬.¬
I like the ponytail wig! when it settles it will be lovely. Volks does a wig oil spray that may help.
Hot water. Wigs for dolls are usually nylon.
Some other advice to be had here:

Are they COtin doll wigs? The pink one looks familiar to one of theirs. I've heard a lot of comments about cotin doll wigs being messy and damaged.
One thing I would suggest is give the wig a wash with some hair conditioner, I made a guide how to do it http://aquilla429.co.uk/how-to-guides-for-dollfiebjd-care/how-to-wash-a-doll-wig/
Hair conditioner may be made for human hair, but works suprisingly well on synthestics too. Just don't use something too chemical, I prefer to use a mild childrens conditioner, or a sensitive skin organic conditioner as they are much gentler. All manner of synthetic hair can be treated like this, from bjd to my little ponies, vintage dolls to modern babries. Its a really cheap, quick and easy method to srpuce up a bad hair day.
Yes, both are from Cotin, I will give that a try to see how it works. Thanks for the guide.
