Survey : My Game Project

And I had to post up a survey to complete my thesis :/
the result for this thesis will be used to create a final project (based on the research). mine is to create an adventure game.
some of these questions might sound weird or .... stupid. as in I already know how i want to draw but I still have to ask. stupid. well it's the requirement. can't help it. so please participate >.<
and i'm giving you a quick artwork to those who participate as a small reward :D
she's supposed to be the main character for the game, and she's still unnamed...

Cool, I can do that... heh, DC makes a pretty good rescource for thesis data under certain circumstances =P
I wouldn't be throwing a copy of that post in the appendicies though, bit biased for getting genuine data ^^;

Answered all the questions. I just wonder how useful the replies will be. Making a scientific correct survey is kind of like an education of it's own and I have to tell you that your survey aren't that good. Your survey is more like "I just need a survey. I don't care if I get an impression of the general population or not". Besides asking here about batman vs some 2D girl is kind of like going to a prison and asking inmates if they ever committed a crime. You would know the answer before asking :P
I don't get why you need a survey at all. After all if you know what to do, then why do research on this. It sounds like if MS started a survey today about "what should have been in Windows 7". I mean it's not like the result matters at all.
thanks for the participation. and as i already mentioned, it is required to do this. I mean, for the content of the research and the project itself, they had to be related. I had to design the game BASED on the research itself. which means. hmmm, for example, when i'm asked "why do you make this like this?" i can answer "because the survey is like this.". and of course i dont want to actually do a survey. but the project require me to get a general opinion by doing research, hence i made this kind of survey. and all the more reason i said "this is stupid" on the post.

Then you are doing it wrong. You should make a professionally looking survey designed to give the result you want. It's done with politics all the time. An example would be to design a survey, which has a whole lot of questions and only a few are interesting and those few should be used to proof that only uneducated people with low IQ votes for a certain political party. This happened quite often a few years ago. Somebody funded that it should be "scientifically proven" that nationalists (read: against EU) should be only stupid people. It failed to badly that they stopped that strategy though. If you can't make people respond with the answers you want, then you can do number magic on the result (which a few weeks ago turned 30% into a majority in the headlines)
Now all you have to do is to come up with a survey which looks professionally while it channels a majority into answering the same thing (which would be the game you want). I think your low quality "research" is of a level where the professor will see through it right away and state that it wasn't proper research. Do you have any experience in statistics at all? Otherwise this can be a tricky task to accomplish -_^
