So I draw the picture to show the structure of the sword..

the battery touching point doesn't make well which hard to connect the circuit...
better modify though...
During making this work,I design the part of battery touching point on the basis of the flashlight.
Maybe I should using pins or a small plug take the place of touching point.
well...Last month I found a kind of small plug when I brought components in local electronic market.
en..The design of circuit were hard in the first time...Please tell your friend write e-mail to me...I will resolve the problem.

en... the thickness of the blade was the same as the root part of normal excalibur's blade..about 8.5mm
