It seems chibi ruko-san comes to tell a very important thing... Please be patient with the tense development till the end of "the original" part.

Keep in mind that Chibi Haku has no idea what's going on, and just saw Miku yelling at Ruko then running away, so she's so confused. And confused Haku is soo cute! ^o^

Panel 4 - SFX: バッ (ba - sudden impact/realization)
In case you didn't understand, this is the explanation comic. Ruko is moving away and leaving Vocalotown, and she is upset that Miku is mad at her =(

This is one of the saddest Chibi Miku-san comic strip .
I'm gonna miss Ruko , I can feel Chibi Miku-san's pain . This is why I like Manga .
Usually , Funny Comic strips contain a lot of funny stories but this is a very unique comic strip .

You know, I was of the opinion that Ruko intentionally made Miku angry so that Miku would not be sad when Ruko left. =P
This is speculated a lot in this strip. The problem is, since there is no dialogue, there's no way to be sure except from a direct explanation from minami-sensei. Basically the strips are open to one's own interpretation, and there is no real right answer for what is happening ^^;
I have to say, "So long, Ruko!" *sniff*
I can understand how Chibi Miku are feeling... I am gonna miss Ruko. ~_~.
So Ruko is going away....will miss ya
And Haku is caught up in the middle of it all...
poor Ruko.
Such a pity that she is moving out...at least she came to terms with herself....
