Choun White version
I'm sure a lot of you out there are figure collectors and some of you might have this Choun from ikki tousen. I don't know about you guys but, when I first got this fig I was surprised at how green her armor was. I talked to my friend about it and he said that based on the test pics, it looked like the armor was a light grey almost white. I joked about re-painting it white with gold trim and he said he'd like to see it. So, from there I took on the crazy challenge of re-painting my PVC fig and the results can be seen below.
I painted the breast part first then the shoulder to test out how it would look. Then I went ahead from there.
I purposely left some green in since I think it looks alright with them there. Primarily because it's a pain in the ass to do the rest.
I think it looks good, although I am not familiar with the character because I only watched 2 or 3 episodes.
Thanks. Choun isn't a main character so she doesn't have much presence in the show.
It looks good. I think I prefer it over the original color.
Thanks, I thought the white looked better than the green. Now if only I can paint my car white as easily.
