Just saw this wonderful Mio figure posted for reserve from one of my store's wholesalers mile-stone.jp.
Looks like it will be coming out in Japan some time in January.
For me in the states...probably later -_- but we'll see.
She's a 1/8th scale figure and will retail for 7140 JPY (~$85)

It's not actually by Movic, but Kotobukiya. But, it's being distributed by Movic. (I guess like how FREEing stuff is not actually by Good Smile, but by themeselves.)

The base supports looks kinda weird imo. Looks like she's stuck in glue or something. Hopefully it'll look different for the final.
I'm skeptical about the figure overall, however, because this is Movic. Will have to wait and see for the final release.
Oh yes, I saw her and I really love her outfit, it's very punk-rock, very like K-on!
I don't care what anyone else thinks about this figure, I have been in love with it since the uncoloured photos first appeared. I don't even like Mio that much, but I love the look of the bass, and the outfit is really cool. Black thighhighs are love.
