Evangelion 2.0 Singapore Screening
The movie will be screened at Cathay Cineplexes starting November 12th.
I am stoked. There's no other word to describe it. This event will also be my first time seeing an Anime on the big screen. Finally, I will get to see the new spin that this retelling will put on the original (EVA-05, Mari, etc...) and what the difference is between Mari's Pink and Green plugsuit.
Here's a question. Will there be an Evangelion gathering before one of the movies? Sadly, I won't be able to addend the first screening as I have my Math A Level paper to study for but will be there on the 13th. Would love to get together with some other Eva fans so do stop and talk if you see me!

I saw Ponyo, too bad it was the dub :( Not that the dub was bad. it had a few famous people. but i would love to see Evangelion 2.0 in cinemas in Australia. definitely! Perth, to be PRECISE!
Rest assured, by all current indications Madman will be screening in Perth. If it's not we will... I don't know... shake our fists eastward or something.

The scene where Eva 01 Berserk when fighting Zeruel in this movie, is exactly what I've imagine it!
I was expecting more fighting scene when Eva 01 VS Zeruel in TV series, kinda dissapointed when Zeruel become Eva's 01 lunch.
But in this second movie "ME KARA BEAM!!!!"
I've lost the thread, ( and stopped paying attention to) NGE after the first series/movies. Is this a reboot of the whole thing? Is there a new series, or just the movie?

I absulately loved the first movie, Rebuild of Evangelion 1.0. It brought back memories :'D
I must see the 'You can (not) advance'. New character, Eva, and story change.
Poll -- I chose, Mari Illustrious Makinami because, her uniform, glasses, etc? I dunno, I like them all!
Eva units, both designs I like. The editional colours on the Eva's, gives them more style etc.
I dunno when I would be able to see it though. I doub't UK will get it in the next thousand years! (joke).
