Sun Seto Modification

I'm planning on doing a modification on my Sun Seto figma to transform her into Fukuji Mihoko from Saki, one of my favorite characters from the anime/manga series, but have no idea where to begin. It seems that I'll only need to do modification to her upper body and head. Does anyone have any suggestions or sites that have tutorials for this sort of thing? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I would start by replacing the skirt to match the image. Also, cutting the neck flaps of the seifuku to match the image and taking the neck tie out. For the hair, looks like you'll have to do a custom modification by using putty to shape it then detailing and painting. Here's a link with some tutorials for figure customizing that I used when I made my figma customs.

I think it may just be easir to modify a Lucky star Figma for the body.I'm not sure about the hair you might have to custom make it or maybe use a Petit Nendoroid for the back of the head.

Wow, pretty pricey.
That's an idea, I have a spare Tsuruya head laying around since I bought a second one for Kimidori, and I can use putty to sculpt a new mouth. Plus I'll need spare faces for right eye closed and right eye open. The killer will be sculpting her hime-cut bangs...
Oh... hmm... She isn't suppose to have a Necktie... Well, that won't be so hard since Figma clothes can be dismantled and separated into peices like I did with my Nanoha when I soaked her Gold.
