GSC Preorders canceled for EU
People in Europe who have not ordered the following Good Smile Company must be strong now...
European wholesalers have canceled some of the most wanted figures by Good Smile Company, so regular Shops in Europe will not be able to please their customers.
This message was sent to the european shops:

A hard punch for some figure maniacs... There is a little bit hope left, some shops receive their items directly from Nippon. For some people out there still bad news...
Sadly, I was also one of them... But I had luck and I should get my Saber Lily very soon.

Maybe, if we directly look at Saber Lily, it had something to do with the production problems? Only a guess, I don´t know it.
After all, I´am happy that I will get my Saber Lily ^^ . Just wanted to inform the EU people here.

I'm glad I got Moka via HLJ; I'm not too fond of european wholesalers...
+1 for japan based stores. i got so much canceled on me from a us store i went to hlj/hobby search and haven't looked back.

European shops are sometimes cheaper though. Importing merchandise can be quite expensive. Those 20% value added tax is a killer!

This is not a really good customer care politic... Why only Europe? Are we second-grade customers? God bless stores like HLJ, I buy from them because normally local stores here have exageratedly inflated prices, but this news makes me really really disappointed.
My wholesale supplier here in the US, AAAanime.com has yet to bring Saber Lily here. From what I heard, Good Smile just got waaaay too many orders than they can fill (similar to the Nintendo Wii problem two years back). I sure hope I get them for my store though...all my saber lily pre-orders are filed and I'd have some pissed customers if these dont go state-side @_@
I don't know about you guys but i bet there's a bad juju coming for us....and it's happening right now...hope i'm wrong but thats how i felt....i'm awfully sorry for those who live in EU...

European wholesalers must have kept it all for themself lol. Well, don't buy from untrusted merchants then. It's not that they force you?
There are trusted merchants there as well and I bet they appreciate ebay existence (and curse their fees)
It's just that I heard cases of scam. Sorry if I gone a little overboard.
As someone who sells the real deal on my own site as well as ebay...I feel your hatred for the fakers -_- Alot of them will also post pre-orders long before they come out which is against ebay rules. That's one way we can boot the bad sellers off there and keep the people who are running honest anime stores.
right. I bet the best way for first time shoppers is too look for a proof that a merchant is trusted but customers or well known. 2nd never order preorder stuffs, that's were the evil doers attack. I'm saying this incase someone here is a first time web shopper and is looking for advices.

But WHY!? There needs to be an explanation for all of this. I feel sorry for all those European collectors.
Luckily for me I got everything on that list except Nendoroid Kagami Miku Cosplay and Nanoha Swimsuit Version which I didn't want anyway. ^^;
This is the reason why I never ordering something from local wholesaler/retailer. I only go to their store, if I found something interesting in stock, I will buy it. Other than that, I leave my trust to the plastic card+online store :D
I had ordered Saber Lily from archonia.com, an excellent local online store in Europe, but as recently they've been having trouble (delays) in getting figure orders filled in time, choose to switch to Hobby Link Japan for my figure orders, including Saber Lily. Seems like that was a wise choice and should be glad mine arrived from HLJ a few weeks ago.
I wrote to them an email.
They anserwered last sunday with:
Dear GREW,
We are very sorry for the delay on this figure.
Most of the Goodsmile PVC Figure were delayed by the publisher. Our importer has confirmed that the figures have arrived and they were being custom cleared last week so we should be receiving them soon. If everything goes fine we should have her in stock this week.

Will always order from Japan without a doubt in my mind. I live in Australia and figure scene is hard to come by here by always a Japan order for me.
