Yeh i just recently got a factory defected saber lily nendoroid ... sabers extra head join was almost snaped but they sent me a new head .

It was actually quite funny to see such a big box only to hold one small nendoroid head ... shipping cost them 2200yen aswell T__T repect to hobby search. so what are you going to do with your old drossel? issent it sad that shes going to be replaced considering they are giving you are whole new one ^^ haha

Consider yourself lucky. I bought my Drossel when it first came out in July and she was DOA. I opened her box and lifted her up but her right twintail didn't come with her. Turns out, it had either broken off during packaging or shipping.

I contacted Hobby Search right away and sent pictures and a summary. They emailed me back and said they would sent another one. A week later she arrived.

This time, I was certain I would have a full Drossel in perfect condition and as soon as I opened her box it was like deja vu. The same exact issue had occured. The same right twintail had broken off before I even opened the box. I emailed them again with a new set of pictures but I haven't received a reply since.

It's now November, approximately 4 months later and no word. After seeing your post I contacted them again. Hopefully they reply and we can resolve this issue because as of right now, I have two Drossel that are broken in the same exact place.

Hahaha, so funny. It looks like even though Drossel 01 is damaged, it leaves a lot of fun opportunities to be had. ^^;;

Muahahah, broken Ojou still has stories going on? XD

Lol! I try to make the best out of everything. One second I am eating dinner, and DING! New comic idea! Too bad I still have to level up my camera skills >_<
