Actar's Acquisitions (November)
The beginning of November brings with it a loot that I have been waiting for for some time.
In this loot, I got:
- 1/1 Scale Otacool Book by Kotobukiya (-)
- 1/8 Scale Aya Shameimaru Figure by Griffon (Touhou)
- 1/10 Scale Tsuyuri Figure by Wave (Doujin Work)
Put them together and they do form Cool Aya Yuri. (^o^)
Anyways, I was most looking forward to this Aya figure as she is hands down my favorite Touhou character, together with Youmu (need to get her figure too, though I missed the pre-order date... (TT.TT)), and this figure really does her justice.
Will elaborate more when I actually review her, but the details and pose are superb! Notice that she comes with her camera on a string.
Next we have the 1/10 scale figure of Tsuyuri from Doujin Work. She is favourite character from the series as she appears to be a cute and unassuming girl, but she's actually part of a Doujin Circle called 'Pantsu Revolution' and draws Rape and Bondage Doujin. Epic.
Overall, an alright loot. But I just realized that if I had bought Otacool at AFA09, I could have gotten it signed by Danny... (TT.TT)

She's a beauty alright (Aya). She's on my favorite Touhou characters list. Mostly because alot of her personality traits remind me so much of myself. I am also guilty of taking pics of people sleeping in hilarious poses, though I didn't post it in a newspaper. ^^;
Lately, I've also taken a liking to Youmu and Yuyuko as well. Must have been those artbooks I bought before I left but also the comics posted here on figure.fm are hilarious. Looking forward to adding them to my collection as well. ^_^
