This is the first Gundam Model I have ever built. So far after a couple of weeks work I have finally finished the torso. The style I know is completely different form what everyone else does, but I am a big fan of the glosss look in all honesty. Now I know its not perfect but I am proud of my little model thus far because let me tell you it can be a pain having to to fit pieces coated in both thick gloss paint and clear coat, and I think it doesn't look half bad. Personally Im happy with it, but I'ld like to know what everyone else thinks, critism and comments are liked, Im sure you guys have some good advise. Currently have internet trouble will add more photos later. Sorry about that.

To say the least I think the decals came out nice.

I actually lost the little clear ring that goes in the GN Drive. That was a sad day.

Good job. Too bad for the ring >.< Be sure to post the whole thing after you finish!

A couple of things that would help you: IMHO, it helps if you assemble some parts of the kit prior to painting. Less hassle with paint thickening and the like. I normally go through the instruction manual (and the images) a number of times prior to assembly. I then figure out which parts I can paint as one piece, and then cement them together (the cement seals it, and I can sand the parts to make the seal/parting line invisible). Another would be to use light masking tape or blu-tack on parts you don't want to have paint buildup on (usually joints).

Looks pretty good from the picture, personally I think that caution decal is bit too big to be realistic.

Aah yes~ The glossy Gundam days. It was a popular thing to go to Gunpla back in the days as well other mecha kits.
The thing is, sometimes, its hard to do some shading and stuff :3

Looking forward to see a glossy, shiny Gundam. We don't see it everyday. :3
