Well if anyone read the About page in my blog they would now that Im a figureless otaku, but i doubt since its new a new blog and...well whatever. The point is that I have my first figure even though it's just a cheap Magical Girl Maryan and some people might not like it, but I'm happy with her and think she looks pretty. :)

          How do you even draw with a mouse? I am confused, haha.
          Seeing that you live in San Diego, are there any otaku-ish things that happen in Socal? like comic con, but I'm not sure what that is about since I originally read about it in a Lego magazine. I live in RPV which is like 1.5 hours away from san diego.

    Cheap? I'm sure alot of people would pay more than shelf price for Maryan-Sempai. I would, but the local stock of figures is either Queen's Blade or Ikki Tousen and nothing else.
    To put it simply, I'm very jealous.

    She looks great :D I wouldnt know what the price is and stuff, but if memory serves me correctly this is an older figure. Meaning only ebay has it unless local shops still have it. Which means ebay pricing, which is not cheap XD;

    But now that u have Maryan, you must get Sasara >:D!

      Older? This came out this year, in May...

      Anyway, very nice choice for a first figure, I kind of prefer the original, but the white school swimsuit being exposed is cute too. :] Tsukuru Shirahige is a great sculptor.
