This lovely lady is MC Nozuato, otherwise known as the "Helicopter Girl" on most figure websites, designed Shunya Yamashita. I'm a huge fan of his art works and the figures, and when I laid eyes on this lovely lady in a figure specialty store at Akihabara, I bought her in a heart beat.
Very nice neck line, and naval. I also like the fact that her base is designed like an aircraft runway, and the fact that her thigh high has a p-40 mouth design on it.

Gorgeous face.
Beautiful eyes (both pairs). Her head, torso, and arms can be taken apart to remove her bikini top (unsnaps in the front), and her ammo belt.
