This is the most unvelivable fight ever...manny win at 12 rounds but i believe cotto had a special things i like..Strugle.

LAS VEGAS -- We are witnessing one of the all-time boxing greats, and the impressive part about it is that Manny Pacquiao doesn't talk about how great he is. He proves it, fight in and fight out.

He did a mountain of proving against Miguel Cotto, taking over midway through the fight and laying a beating on the Puerto Rican star to win a welterweight title via 12th-round TKO before an electric, sold-out crowd of 16,200 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Saturday night.

Thousands of miles away, millions in the Philippines undoubtedly celebrated the victory of their national hero. Thousands more were in ecstasy in the arena as Pacquiao made boxing history we may never see again.

With the punishing TKO victory, Pacquiao won a title in a record seventh division, six months after he knocked out Ricky Hatton in the same ring in the second round to win his sixth title at junior welterweight, and nearly a year after he retired Oscar De La Hoya. For a 16-year-old who turned professional at 106 pounds and won his first championship at 112 pounds, Pacquiao has raced up the scales like nobody else in boxing history.

Pacquiao wins again! What caught me by surprise was that Cotto managed to last up to the 12th round. I thought he would get knocked out or forfeit before that O_o

Same here, not that much of an exciting fight, I thought Cotto would have gone down at round 6 or 7...but meh.

      Nice first pic too. :D

Haha, if Cotto continues the fight, he'll be down for the count if Pacman landed him a precise punch on the head!

Cotto looked so much better than Pacquiao when the game started. But by round 9 (even earlier I guess), Pacquiao looked waaaay better than Cotto. XD

One of Game Analysists' observation about Pacquiao is that he seems to dislike long games because he thinks the site of a bruised and weakened opponent is very unsightly. Pacquiao wasn't shooting hard punches because he was merely waiting for the Referee to give the final call because Cotto already looked pretty bad.

By the Referee's final call, it's pretty obvious that Pacquiao quickly turned his back on Cotto... probably already disgusted by his badly bruised face.
