I hope its a huge sale of selected figures like a few months ago. Theres been a few "mabye gets" that I've wanted but passed off due to the pricing. Be good to get Pixy Hiyori with a discount :D

I don't really like HLJ because their stuff always don't restock after they sold out.
What're they gonna do? Buy one free one? lol

Well, by now it's only 20 hours left, so, the waiting time it's almost over.
HLJ never really felt very competitive to me. Compared to other online figure stores that also serve the international markets such as Hobby Search and AmiAmi, HLJ's prices are higher and their preorders are slow to appear.
For instance, Yoko (Real Image ver) by Max Factory:

Never used AmiAmi so I cant comment, but I found Hobby Search shipping rates really expensive. Since they dont offer SAL :(
Whenever I see the price on EMS shipping, I just think "hmm add another 800yen and thats +1 nendoroid :D"
Hobby Search only ships via EMS. You pay more for faster shipping as well as the ability to track where your package is. Personally, I find tracking invaluable.
On the other hand, HLJ offers shipping via SAL, which is cheaper but also generally slower.
On top of EMS shipping, AmiAmi recently offers SAL shipping for items below 2kg. A handling fee of 700 yen is added on top of the normal SAL shipping.
Also, Hobby Search doesn't accept Paypal, a big issue for me, and probably many others.
Doesn't hobby search accept paypal now? I thought they did, starting on Nov 4th.
I'd thought they had too, but back when they were doing their sale I tried placing an order and they only accepted credit card.
