I think she's best placed on a desk I guess. But I'm not too sure. XD

if you have blu tack or glue dots, you can stick her to the base and then you can get some to display base in a 45 degree angle.

I wanted to grab this Rei, really like the pose I think it makes it easy to display her.

I snatched this Rei up when she was on sale at entertainmentearth.com. I only got her because she was on sale, but I was really pleased with this figure.
